As a psychodynamic therapist, my work focuses on understanding how trauma, early relationships, attachment patterns, and core beliefs shape present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Many clients come to therapy feeling “stuck”—repeating the same patterns, struggling in relationships, or feeling disconnected from themselves without knowing why. You are not alone, and you do not have to figure it out on your own.
The goal of therapy is not only insight, but healing. Together, we explore what needs attention beneath the surface so growth, change, and emotional freedom become possible- then we begin the work.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating marriage and relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, personality disorders, and trauma- and mood-related disorders. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in helping clients develop deeper self-awareness, emotional regulation, and more secure ways of relating to themselves and others.

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or constantly on edge? If school stress or emotions feel unmanageable, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Im a Licensed Social Worker currently work as a School-Based Mobile Therapist within the Scranton School District, where I support students in grades 5–12 and their families through individual, group, and family therapy. I also have experience working with children and families involved in the foster care system, which has deepened my appreciation for the importance of safety, trust, and consistency in the therapeutic relationship.
I believe therapy should feel like a place where clients can take a breath, feel supported, and move forward at a pace that feels right for them. Many children and teens find it hard to put their feelings into words, and my goal is to gently help clients build emotional awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and feel more confident navigating challenges.
I work primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. I offer telehealth services during after-school hours on select weekdays and Saturday mornings, making therapy more accessible for busy families.

Hello! I’m passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in working with preteens and teenagers (ages 10–18), particularly those with ADHD or ASD, as well as co-occurring concerns like anxiety, depression, or trauma. I also enjoy supporting young adults, single parents, and parents of individuals on the autism spectrum, and occasionally work with children ages 7–9 on a case-by-case basis.
I focus on helping clients and their families work through family conflict, bullying, school challenges, relationship issues, and life transitions—including moving schools, navigating parental divorce, becoming a teen parent, or preparing for life after high school. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, tailored to each client’s unique needs, temperament, and goals.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, build coping skills, and develop the confidence to face life’s challenges. I believe every individual has the capacity for growth, and I enjoy helping clients and their families find practical strategies to improve communication, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
If you’re looking for support navigating the ups and downs of childhood, adolescence, or young adulthood, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you find the tools and strategies that work best for you.

My ideal client is someone who is eager for personal growth, even if they’re unsure where to start. Change can feel challenging, but with commitment and the right support, transformation is possible. I am passionate about working with individuals who are ready to explore new perspectives, engage in self-discovery, and invest in their journey toward meaningful change.
I also work with couples, helping partners navigate challenges, strengthen their connection, and grow together. Using a cognitive behavioral approach, I help clients identify thought patterns that influence emotions and behaviors, build practical coping skills, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a compassionate, supportive space where individuals and couples can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships while moving toward lasting, positive change.
